This course is aimed at Middle Leadership and Senior Leadership.

What will you gain by attending?

By the end of the day delegates will have explored and gained a toolkit of coaching techniques, including some practical experience of coaching in threes. They will also have learned how to embed coaching across their school. 

Course Content

You will learn to apply a wide range of coaching and psychological models including;

This course aims to enable you to:
- empower colleagues to develop professionally and personally
- improve your own self awareness and emotional intelligence
- develop deeper listening skills
- distinguish between coaching and mentoring
- understand common misconceptions about coaching
- establish a culture of coaching in your school
