Examine the role and appointment process for Head of Year posts (or similar) in an attempt to clarify it and prepare aspiring Year Heads for its challenges. The programme will focus on two main issues; the ‘principles’ of leadership and key leadership ‘processes’ at this level.

Those who aspire to take up pastoral middle leadership roles in independent schools.
