Build on the key issues covered during Members’ Induction Parts I and 2, and to refresh and prepare Heads for future challenges.

Description

HMC Heads who attended the New Members’ Induction Part 1 at Cumberland Lodge in April 2014 and 2015, and experienced Heads who are joining HMC. Members about to take up a second headship may also find this course of value.
Please note that the dress code is smart-casual throughout the course, including for dinner on Friday evening.
