This seminar is for:

Heads and Governors of independent schools in membership of AGBIS and/or HMC. 

Purpose of this seminar:

The seminar considers how to develop the senior team through mutual support and challenge, building key relationships, and working together effectively for the good of the school. 

It will enable governors and heads to consider how best to develop the Head’s leadership of the school in support of the school’s strategy, taking account of the school context.  Sessions will consider best practice in developing CEOs in sectors outside education, as well as drawing from examples of excellence within independent schools.
