Keynote 1: The Three I's of AI - Infrastructure, Incrementation and Innovation. This session explores the Three I’s of AI in education: infrastructure, incrementation and innovation. It covers how schools can lay solid foundations with the right policies, systems and governance, then build momentum through small, purposeful classroom pilots that make AI feel useful, not overwhelming. You’ll also hear what innovation really looks like when it’s grounded in pedagogy. With practical examples and honest reflections, the session offers a clear path for schools ready to move from curiosity to confident, classroom-ready action Speaker: Matthew Wemyss - Bestselling Author on AI in Education; Assistant School Director Cambridge School of Bucharest. |

Case Studies 5: Practical AI Implementation: Streamlining Report Writing and Safeguarding Workflows
This session will explore two successful AI implementations that have streamlined operations at Abingdon School: AI-supported report writing system and an AI triage of automated alerts that has revolutionised our safeguarding processes for internet filtering and monitoring. The presentation will cover implementation challenges, staff training approaches, and measurable improvements in both teacher productivity and safeguarding response times. Attendees will gain practical insights into introducing AI tools that have demonstrable impact on reducing workload and improving outcomes.
Speakers: Chris Hack - Director of Digital Innovation, and Niki Dinsey - Director of IT, Abingdon school
Case Study 6: Better Feedback, Faster Exploring the ways in which targeted individual feedback can happen in a range of different ways live within the classroom. How new tools and teaching techniques can deliver feedback and formative assessment cycles in minutes rather than days. A guide to practical tools being used now, recent case studies and insights into platforms in development.
Speakers: Lex Lang - Deputy Head – Innovation and Partnerships, Caterham Prep School and Adam Webster - CEO at Sphinx AI & Deputy Head (Innovation), Caterham School
Case Study 7: AI and well-being: creating a safe internal AI sandbox How do we open up the most exciting opportunities brought by generative AI to our students safely, ethically and responsibly? Certain risks to student well-being are already understood: safeguarding risks; data security risks; academic integrity risks. But other concerns are starting to emerge: around student relationship-forming with AI; about the humanitarian and environmental costs of AI; about who funds what tool, and to what end. At Habs, we are piloting the creation of our own internal AI interface to give students access to a ‘making/breaking’ space to play with AI, which aims to be as safe, responsible and ethical as possible. Clare will be talking through some of the dilemmas and decisions that this has raised. Speaker: Clare Jarmy – Director of Innovation, Haberdashers’ Elstree.
