EAL and inclusive teaching and learning consultant, coach and trainer.
Anna is dedicated to empowering teachers to confidently teach diverse, multilingual classrooms. Drawing on over 14 years of UK and international experience in teaching, leadership, and coaching — including roles as Head of English, EAL/Literacy Coordinator, and SENDCo — she supports schools to develop whole-school approaches to EAL and language inclusion.
Specialising in both strategic and operational leadership for EAL, academic language development, and multilingual literacy, Anna works with senior and middle leaders to strengthen curriculum design and implement impactful, inclusive adaptations. She also delivers training and workshops that support teachers to refine their pedagogy and respond effectively to the needs of evolving cohorts.
