(14) Introduction to Leadership Coaching (The Grosvenor Hotel, London, 3 February 2020)

This course is for: Senior and middle managers who are either new to coaching or have some experience. What will you gain by attending? By the end of the day delegates will have explored and gained a toolkit of coaching techniques, including some practical experience of coaching in threes. They will also have learned how to embed coaching across their school.

Part of the course will involve coaching practice in threes (coach, coachee and observer)
