The toxic attitudes and behaviour some boys display towards girls and women begin with the way those boys relate to each other, especially in school. This webinar will analyse the problems facing boys and will provide participants with tools to help boys create relational cultures that are mutually respectful. 

The Working with Boys programme is best taught in the Autumn, and April is prime time for teachers to plan for the new academic year commencing September 2024.

Biography

Andrew Hampton was a Headteacher for 18 years and stepped away from headship in 2021. He was the Chair of ISA in 2014-15 and a Director of ISI in 2018-19. His initiative for girls - Girls on Board - has been adopted by over 1,000 schools across the world. His book ‘Working with Boys’ was published by Routledge in March 2023 and has been described as a ‘game changer’.
