This confidential, interactive online workshop will be led by Diana Osagie, its' purpose will be to:

  • Provide support for those who aspire to senior leadership
  • Start the conversation
  • Understand the challenges- give practical solutions

Please note that the session will be not be recorded.

Format:

Part one – Building stability for your mind, work & life (30 mins)

-        Practical strategies to reverse negative inner narratives

-        Flooding yourself with strength

-        Habits & Momentum

Part two– Let’s get to work, Breakout rooms (30 mins)

-        A framework of 3-4 questions to encourage reflection on the initial input

-        Implications for practice and potential change

Part three– Intentional talk (30 mins)

-        The feedback

-        The feedforward

-        The plan for momentum

We take a 10 - 12 min comfort break at a natural point during the session.

Delegates will need pen and notepaper to hand.

Speaker Profile - Diana Osagie

After ten years of working hard being a deputy head, I became a head teacher of a secondary school in inner London. Within my first week I was feeling courageous and confident, feeling like I could take on the world with a smile from ear to ear.

It was only a few months later I began going through challenging times at both work and home. All of my courage felt like it had left me and I was just about ready to quit.

Years on from that time in my life, I now mentor senior colleagues through challenging circumstances as a qualified leadership coach. I wrote the book, ‘Courageous Leadership’ and have developed a successful coaching practice that creates courageous leaders for our schools. 

With over 2 decades of senior leadership (including headship and executive head ship) under my belt, I enable other senior leaders achieve their full potential.
