All accommodation, meals and refreshments from 10.30 on Thursday until the end of the conference on Friday are included in the conference fee. Please note that there is not a conference dress code, so please dress however you feel comfortable.

Early-arrivals accommodation - Wednesday 14 May 2025

To book, guests can call the hotel directly on 01244 899931 or email revenue@cpchester.com between Monday-Friday, 09.00 - 17.30. Valid credit card details will be required to secure the booking. Payment to be made on arrival at the hotel. Once booked, reservations will be on a 7-day cancellation period, and any rooms cancelled after Wednesday 7th May 2025 or any non-arrivals will be charged in full. Rooms booked after 19 March, or once the hotel's allocation of bedrooms have been booked, will be subject to availability and the hotel's best available rate.
