Senior Leadership Programme Day 1 - 16 October 2025

The year-long SLP is designed for senior leaders in HMC schools (in the UK and internationally) who are aspiring to a role in the senior leadership team (SLT), with a view to ideally securing their first SLT position within the next 18 months. Participants must have secured the support of their Head in order to undertake this course and their Head or a member of the SLT must be willing to act as mentor during the course. Description

The year-long SLP is designed for senior leaders in HMC schools (in the UK and internationally) who are aspiring to a role in the senior leadership team (SLT), with a view to ideally securing their first SLT position within the next 18 months. It is also designed for those who have recently secured an SLT position or who are SLT designates.

Participants must have secured the support of their Head in order to undertake this course and their Head or a member of the SLT must be willing to act as mentor during the course. Please speak to your Head about this before making a booking.

Day 2: 4 March 2026 (Broadway House, London)
