The year-long AHP is designed for senior leaders in HMC schools (in the UK and internationally) who are aspiring to headship, with a view to ideally securing their first headship within the next 18 months. Participants must have secured the support of their Head in order to undertake this course and their Head must be willing to act as mentor during the course.
