The year-long SLP is designed for senior leaders in HMC schools (in the UK and internationally) who are aspiring to a role in the senior leadership team (SLT), with a view to ideally securing their first SLT position within the next 18 months. Participants must have secured the support of their Head in order to undertake this course and their Head or a member of the SLT must be willing to act as mentor during the course.
