This course is for: Those who aspire to take up pastoral middle leadership roles in independent schools. Please note that the course content is designed primarily for aspiring leaders, and those who are in post may wish to consider the HMC Pastoral Leadership Qualification (see www.hmcpd.org.uk for details).

This course is for: Aspiring Heads of Academic Departments and Heads of Academic Departments-designate. Please note, Heads of Department already in post may wish to consider the Independent Schools’ Qualification in Academic Management rather than this course, details of which can be found at www.hmcpd.org.uk.
